At 9 am on July 12, the staff hall activity held by the county Federation of Trade Unions entered the Jiali shares, and Xu Liqun, a senior teacher from Changxing Technician College, gave a training on "how to be a qualified middle-level cadre" for the mid-level cadres of Jiali Shares.
During the training process, Mr. Xu made detailed analysis and explanation of five modules: "Basic cognition of management concept", "Management object and organizational behavior", "Three dimensions of manager role", "Positioning and characteristics of middle and senior managers" and "Quality model of middle and senior managers", combining abstract theoretical knowledge with real cases in practice. It vividly illustrates the qualities and requirements that a qualified manager should have.
The team leader and above cadres listened carefully in the training, analyzed the case with their own work, found the shortcomings of paper and pen to record the main points in time, benefited a lot. Through the training of experts on the quality of grass-roots cadres, everyone's sense of ownership is greatly enhanced, and we also hope to conduct more similar training to achieve the improvement of their own ability and quality, and offer suggestions for the development of Jianli shares.
